At Decorazzi, we understand how important it is to know when you can expect your order and how to track it. We want to make your ordering process as pleasant as possible. Here are answers to frequently asked questions about our delivery times and tracking your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

At Decorazzi, we believe in delivering high-quality products that are made specifically for you. This means that your wallpaper is not manufactured until after you place your order. This allows us to guarantee quality and the ability to customize the wallpaper to your needs.

In the Netherlands, we strive to deliver your order to your home within 2-4 business days. For customers in the rest of Europe, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

During busy periods (such as around the holidays in December) or due to force majeure (incidents with carriers), it may take longer than you are used to from us.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our production facility or warehouse and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier. With this information, you can easily track the status of your shipment and see when your order will be delivered.

In addition, we offer you the ability to view the current status of your shipping in your personal account. Simply go to the "orders" section in My Decorazzi, select the relevant order, and you will receive detailed information about the current status and estimated delivery date.

What should I do if I have not received my order yet?

Check the tracking code of your package. You can find this in your mailbox or in My Decorazzi under "orders".

Check the delivery address. You can find this in My Decorazzi under "orders".

Check your mail. Have you received a "not home message"? Then the package is with one of your neighbors or a new delivery date has been scheduled.

If you have taken these steps and your package is not there yet, wait a while, as your package may be delayed. If you have not received it after 5 days, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Preferably within 14 days of your original delivery day, then we will look for a solution together.

Where are large items delivered?

Items are delivered to just beyond the front door. If you take installation services, the wallpaper will not only be moved to the installation location, but also installed. For wallpaper, this means applying it to the wall.

Can I choose a time slot?

Not yet, but we are working on a solution for this.
